A Blogger’s Circadian Rhythmicity

A Blogger’s Circadian Rhythmicity

A few short weeks ago, September 19 to be precise, I published a Blog entitled A Time for Change in which I used the term circadian rhythmicity as it relates to the changing seasons and the migration of animals, including humans. In humans, circadian rhythm is often called “our body clock”. It is a 24 hour cycle that tells our bodies when to sleep and regulates many other physiological processes. This internal body clock is affected by environmental clues such as sunlight and temperature.

This Blogger’s circadian rhythmicity is beginning to be affected by the environmental clue temperature; therefore, a few days after publishing this final blog, I will join the thousands of other humans who will be migrating to the warmer climate of South Texas. “Through The Lens of Mike’s Camera” will resume being posted on November 21.

  1. Mike, You and Carol have a safe migration to warmer climates in south Texas. Say “Hi” to your neighbors for us…

  2. I love it that you and Carol will be going to Corpus for the winter!!?? What I don’t love is that you may not come back!!??!! Age is ALL about change, though…and we WILL still stay in touch…?
